Utility bills are mailed out monthly in four-cycle batches. Bills are due 21 days after the billing date and are subject to disconnection for non-payment after 24 days.
Please use the first digit of your account number to determine your billing cycle, then download the Current Billing Schedule (PDF) to see the billing dates, due dates and cut off dates.
