1. My utility services are off for non-pay, can I be re-connected after-hours?

The city restores service Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  After hours service is not offered.  Please see Late Fees & Disconnects. 

2. Can I pay my bill online?

Yes. You can make a payment online. Please note there is a $45 after-hours charge for reconnections after 4 pm. Monday through Friday and on weekends. Contact the After-Hours phone number 770-339-2410 to schedule a reconnection time.

3. Can I pay my bill by phone?

Yes. Please call toll free 1-844-878-2841 to access our automated phone payment system. Please note there is a $45 after-hours charge for reconnections after 4 pm. Monday through Friday and on weekends. Contact the After-Hours phone number 770-339-2410 to schedule a reconnection time.

4. Can Meter Services light my pilot light?

No. Meter Services is not allowed to light a pilot light, nor can we instruct you on how to light it. Please contact our Gas Department at 770-963-3332 for assistance with lighting a pilot light.
